APPLYING FOR A COURSE You can enrol by: Applications will be dealt on a ‘first come first served’ basis so it is important that you apply as quickly as possible, especially for popular courses. You will receive a letter to confirm the outcome of your application as soon as possible after the close of enrolments.
HELP WITH PAYMENT You can pay by cheque, credit or debit card. You must send all payments (if known) with the application form. You are entitled to a 50% concession if you are claiming Job Seekers Allowance, Disability Living Allowance, Income Support, Working Tax Credits, Pension Credit, or if you are full time student at any College, or University. We also accept letters of confirmation from a sponsoring authority such as your employer. You will need to provide either a photocopy of evidence of your entitlement to a 50% concession on the tuition fee or a letter from your employer that shows that they are willing to pay. The fee for each course is shown in the course listings, although some courses are free. In many cases, a concession of 50% is available on the course fee, however if any additional costs (e.g materials ) are shown THEY MUST BE PAID IN FULL. Fee information for non-EEA students: If you are a non-EEA student, contact the International Office before you apply for a course. The level of fee may vary to the price listed in the prospectus. Refund Refunds will only be paid in accordance with the college’s Tuition Fees Policy.
