Griff Jones

	Dr Griff Jones has been a member of the Corporation since incorporation, having previously been governor of Coleg Pencraig. He was elected Chair of the Corporation in the autumn of 2009. He is a former Chair of the Audit Committee and a business member of the Corporation. As Chair he makes an effort to attend most of the sub-committees in order to gain a full understanding of the Corporation’s work. Dr Griff Jones graduated as a biochemist with specialisation in Agricultural Chemistry. He was a senior manager in the chemical industry, working at the Peboc site of Eastman Chemicals in llangefni. He is retired and lives in Bodffordd on Anglesey. Dr Griff Jones was involved in the links between business and education and served on Y Gamfa. He is a governor of Ysgol Gyfun Llangefni.
