You can enrol:
• By post – please ring the course advice line for an application form or call one of the centres. You should fill in the application form and send it to the FREEPOST address at the bottom of the form.
• Applications will be dealt on a “first come first served” basis so it is important that you apply as quickly as possible, especially for popular courses. You will receive a letter to confirm the outcome of your application as soon as possible after the close of enrolments.
Please note that we may have to cancel a course if too few people choose to enrol, although we will make every effort to find you an alternative.
Individuals who are not 16 by 1st January 2009 are not eligible to enrol on any of the evening courses.
Help with Payment
You can pay by cheque, postal order, credit or debit card. You must send all payments with the application form. You are entitled to a 50% concession if you are claiming Job Seekers Allowance, Disability Living Allowance, Income Support, or receiving Working Tax Credits, Pension Credit, or if you are full time student at any College or University. We also accept letters of confirmation from a sponsoring authority such as your employer. You will need to provide either a photocopy of evidence of your entitlement to a 50% concession on the tuition fee or a letter from your employer that shows that they are willing to pay.
The fee for each course is shown in the course listings, although some courses are free. In many cases a concession of 50% is available on course fees, however if any additional costs (e.g. materials,) are shown THEY MUST BE PAID IN FULL.
